Individualized clinical supervision is offered for limited and pre-licensed clinicians pursuing full licensure in Michigan and Colorado.
The process supports trauma-informed practice while exploring how identity, culture, and systemic factors shape clinical work.
Space is provided for discussion of clinical cases, professional growth, and the development of a grounded therapeutic presence. Particular attention is given to work with LGBTQ+ communities, immigrants, and individuals navigating trauma and displacement. Experience in community mental health informs this supervision approach.
EMDR Consultation
EMDR consultation is offered by a Consultant-in-Training (CIT) for clinicians integrating EMDR into their practice and/or pursuing EMDR certification, with a focus on complex trauma and ongoing or repeated traumatic stress.
Consultation focuses on case conceptualization, treatment planning, pacing, and maintaining clinical attunement during reprocessing. Emphasis is placed on somatic awareness and somatic interweaves to support nervous system regulation and help clinicians slow and stabilize the therapeutic process when needed.
Space is provided for thoughtful discussion of clinical cases, professional growth, and the integration of EMDR with trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice. This consultation approach is informed by experience in community mental health and extensive work with complex and chronic trauma, including work with LGBTQ+ individuals and immigrant communities.
